Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development:
    • Lead all marketing efforts related to brand development, ensuring strategies drive stronger sales outcomes.
    • Design and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company goals to maintain a strong market presence.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Evolve the brand identity to remain competitive and relevant in the market.
    • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to target audiences.
    • Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
    • Oversee the creation of brand assets, including taglines, visual elements, guidelines, and templates, and monitor campaign performance for optimization.
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, sales, and brand loyalty.
  • Brand Communication:
    • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns to effectively communicate brand messages.
    • Create compelling content for advertising, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
    • Monitor campaign performance and apply data-driven insights to enhance results.
    • Brand Partnerships:
    • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
    • Negotiate and manage collaborations with influencers, organizations, and other brands to amplify brand messaging and drive awareness.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Analyze customer data and marketing metrics to track campaign performance and measure the impact of brand and CRM initiatives.
    • Identify patterns and trends to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
    • Leverage insights to make data-driven decisions for campaign enhancement.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and oversee budgets for brand development and CRM marketing efforts.
    • Allocate resources efficiently to achieve maximum ROI and meet business objectives.
    • Track expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration and Other Duties:
    • Work closely with other departments to align marketing initiatives with overarching business goals.

 

Requirements:

  • –  Minimum Degree or above in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • –  At least 5 years working experience in F&B, Retail or related industries.
  • –  Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • –  Strong analytical skills
  • –  Strong knowledge in CRM and related matters
  • –  High level of adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
