Social Media & Content Creation

  •  – Develop and execute data-driven social media strategy through competitive research and audience insights.
  •  – Create, publish, and manage engaging content that strengthens brand presence and fosters community interaction.
  •  – Plan and maintain a social media content calendar, track performance metrics, and optimise strategies based on data insights.
  •  – Capture high-quality visuals with basic photography and videography skills (iPhone), and edit using Canva and CapCut.

Marketing & Communications

· Assist in campaign planning, budgeting, and timeline management.

  •  – Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans for designated concepts, ensuring alignment with group strategies.
  •  – Oversee the creation of platform-specific content for digital channels while maintaining brand consistency.
  •  – Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
  •  – Monitor campaign performance, track expenses, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  •  – Develop marketing collateral, communication materials, and creative briefs.

PR & KOL Engagement

  •  – Assist in crafting press releases, pitches, and PR strategies.
  •  – Build and nurture relationships with media, bloggers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  •  – Coordinate and host media tastings and interviews to enhance brand visibility.

  •  – Strong social media skills with hands-on experience in content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
  •  – Proficient in basic photography and videography, with working knowledge of Canva and CapCut.
  •  – A self-starter who takes initiative and manages multiple projects effectively.
  •  – Experience in managing agencies or prior agency experience is preferred.
  •  – Industry knowledge of F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Requirements

  •  – Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  •  – Strong written and verbal communication, with a flair for creative writing and storytelling.
  •  – Proven media relations skills, with the ability to foster relationships with journalists and influencers.
  •  – Experience managing multi-brand partnerships or concept marketing.
  •  – Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  •  – Knowledge of major online marketing channels; social media expertise required.
  •  – Proficient in MS Office, Meta, Google, Mailchimp, and reservation tools (e.g., Chope, SevenRooms); design tool familiarity (Capcut, Canva, Adobe) is beneficial.
  •  – Positive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  •  – Ability to work independently and in a lean team.
  •  – Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  •  – Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
  •  – Passion for food and familiarity with the F&B industry are advantages.
