What you'll be doing

Social Media Management:

  • -Develop and implement social media content calendars and strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • -Monitor, track, and respond to audience interactions, ensuring consistency in brand voice.

Digital Marketing

  • -Assist in digital/social ad or EDM campaign execution, including campaign setup and ensuring proper ad delivery.
  • -Track and optimize ad campaigns based on performance data
  • -Analyze the success of marketing initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
  • -Ensure campaigns are executed within budget, track expenses, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize cost-effectiveness

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • -Analyse marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and advertising metrics.
  • -Assist to generate and present reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness to guide future marketing efforts

Content Management

  • -Assist in updating website, to ensure the company’s website is up-to-date with the latest content, promotions, and SEO practices.
  • -Managing the production of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
  • -Write clear, compelling copy for marketing materials.

What we're looking for

  • -A team player, adaptive, resilient to change and eager to learn new skills.
  • -Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
  • -Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team
  • -Strong project management organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • -Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in liaising with vendors.
  • -Comfortable working with numbers and using data to make informed decisions.
  • -A degree/diploma in marketing, advertising, business or a related field is desirable.
  • -Working knowledge of Canva, Illustrator, Wordpress
  • -Interest in beauty and wellness is an advantage
