Sales & Makerting Executive
What you'll be doing
Social Media Management:
- -Develop and implement social media content calendars and strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- -Monitor, track, and respond to audience interactions, ensuring consistency in brand voice.
Digital Marketing
- -Assist in digital/social ad or EDM campaign execution, including campaign setup and ensuring proper ad delivery.
- -Track and optimize ad campaigns based on performance data
- -Analyze the success of marketing initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
- -Ensure campaigns are executed within budget, track expenses, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize cost-effectiveness
Data Analysis & Reporting
- -Analyse marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and advertising metrics.
- -Assist to generate and present reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness to guide future marketing efforts
Content Management
- -Assist in updating website, to ensure the company’s website is up-to-date with the latest content, promotions, and SEO practices.
- -Managing the production of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
- -Write clear, compelling copy for marketing materials.
What we're looking for
- -A team player, adaptive, resilient to change and eager to learn new skills.
- -Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
- -Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team
- -Strong project management organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
- -Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in liaising with vendors.
- -Comfortable working with numbers and using data to make informed decisions.
- -A degree/diploma in marketing, advertising, business or a related field is desirable.
- -Working knowledge of Canva, Illustrator, Wordpress
- -Interest in beauty and wellness is an advantage
