Job Responsibilities
The core responsibility of this position is to grow the adoption of WSH Council’s programme through:
- – Co-develop growth strategies and plan for various industries with the Industry Development team
- – Lead research and develop marketing strategies for new markets to increase customer base
- – Develop and keep up to date all marketing collaterals such as brochure, videos, eDMs and website
- – Plan and execute marketing and recognition initiatives such as, bizSAFE Awards, exhibitions, marketing talks, conventions, etc
- – Manage programme vendor to ensure high quality of service delivery and meet KPIs
- – Manage programme MOU, funds and budget
- – Manage secretariat support for Tripartite Committee and its sub-committee(s), WSHC (Workplace Health) Committee and WSHC (Mental Wellbeing) Committee
- – Drive and execute the committees’ workplans and initiatives
Requirements
- – A tertiary qualification in any discipline.
- – More than 10 years of experience in marketing and business strategy, of which at least 3 years in management position.
- – Any prior experience/knowledge in these areas will be advantageous: WSH Act and its subsidiary legislations, bizSAFE, Total WSH.
- – Good interpersonal skills.
- – Good writing, communication and presentation skills.
- – Ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- – Able to work under tight timeline.
