We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive on a 6 months contract to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in promoting the centre's services, managing online and offline marketing campaigns, and contributing to the growth of our patient base. This role requires a creative, self-motivated individual with a passion for healthcare marketing, especially in the fertility and reproductive health industry.
Key Responsibilities:
-Sales: Identify and execute sales programme.
-Digital Marketing: Manage and update the centre's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring content is engaging and consistent with brand messaging.
-Content Creation: Develop and curate content for online channels, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts, website maintenance in collaboration with HQ, inform and educate potential patients about our services.
-Event Support: Assist with planning and executing marketing events, workshops, or webinars to raise awareness about fertility services and IVF procedures.
-Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns, analyse results, and report on key metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversion) in collaboration with HQ.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in marketing or communications, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related fields.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media management and content creation.
-Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
-Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-A passion for promoting health and wellness, particularly in the fertility and IVF sector.
Working Hours: 4 days a week (onsite/offsite, indicative time 8am to 5.30pm)
