Our Expectations:

  • --Handles and actively supervises the management of key wholesales or high end / luxury travel agencies accounts under the assigned portfolio. Closely monitor accounts revenue and business production for the owned portfolio.
  • --Solicit and generate new accounts and group leads and work closely with the Catering Sales and Event Services to convert these leads.
  • --Identifies, qualifies and solicits new accounts to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals.
  • --Conduct daily sales calls and entertainment to nurture and strengthen relationship with clients while continuously source for new accounts.
  • --Work closely with GSOs to solicit for high end / luxury travel agencies and wholesalers.
  • --Rapport building with in house guests.
  • --Conduct quarterly account reviews to identify opportunities and revenue generation from the specific accounts. Proactively seek in-depth knowledge of accounts owned to understand its total revenue impact on the hotel for better negotiation opportunities.
  • --Close communications with overseas client to maintain high level of hotel’s exposure in his / her key feeder markets.
  • --Participate in organize, plan and execute any in-house client events.
  • --Attends social networking gathering as required to create awareness of the Hotel.
  • --Conduct sales blitzes and tele-sales to develop new businesses.
  • --Participate in sales trip or trade shows and evaluate results and ensure follow up actions are taken properly.
  • --Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
  • --Works with Director of Sales to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for the segment.
  • --Reports to the Director of Sales on potential markets or accounts needing coverage to develop new business.
  • --Assists in the preparation of Marketing Plan for the leisure and wholesale segments.
  • --Actively supports and execute group or hotel wide sales initiatives / promotions.
  • --Proactively seek in-depth knowledge of accounts owned to understand its total revenue impact on the hotel for better negotiation opportunities.
  • --Maximizes up-selling opportunities for both rooms and meeting facilities at all times.
  • --Provide pricing recommendation for the assigned accounts under his / her portfolio.
  • --Keep abreast of current and future competitor’s products, pricing and sales programs and deploys resources to efficiently optimize REVPAR and achieve / maintain the leading market position.
  • --To implement and support revenue strategies developed by the Director of Revenue to maximize booking opportunities particularly during periods of high demand.
  • --Involve in the day-to-day pricing discussion on key accounts under his / her portfolio in conjunction with the Director of Sales, Director of Revenue and Director of Sales & Marketing.
