Key Responsibilities:
- -Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- -Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- -Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and key features.
- -Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
- -Maintain and expand client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- -Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- -Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure smooth client experiences.
- -Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- -Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in sales.
- -Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- -Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- -Ability to understand and present complex information to clients.
- -High level of self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
- -Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Compensation Pacakge:
- -$3000 - $4,500 (Basic Salary) + commission + incentives
