Sales & Makerting Executive
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for products or services.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) on a consistent basis.
- Educate customers about the features, benefits, and advantages of products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services, market trends, and competitors to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Assist in managing product inventory, displays, and promotional materials.
- Track and manage sales leads and follow up to ensure closure of opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management, including tracking sales performance and forecasting.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
