 Responsibilities:

  • -Generate leads and opportunities through strategic outreach efforts targeting both individual adult learners and corporate clients.
  • -Engage with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
  • -Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand the unique needs and objectives of potential clients and effectively communicate how our training programs can address their requirements.
  • -Collaborate with internal stakeholders to customize training solutions for corporate clients based on their specific industry, workforce, and learning objectives.
  • -Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the -CRM system.
  • -Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • -Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
  • -Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their ongoing learning and development needs.
