Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

~ To manage a group of customers assigned by the management and perform sales activities to achieve sales target of the sales division.

~ Sales activities include pre and post price negotiation activities, conduct Business Meetings, sales budget planning, monitoring of orders and payment, forecast reports preparation etc.

~ To develop and implement customer strategy and business plans to increase share and sales for each assigned account.

~ Customer relationship management. Establish relationship building among core customers.

~ To develop multi-level business partnership with each assigned account and strive to achieve high level of customer satisfaction within the customer.

~ To work closely with internal functions (like marketing, customer service, logistic, production) to provide high level of sales service to assigned accounts.

 

Ability / Competency Required:

~ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or any engineering field.

~ Min. 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales experience, preferably has electronics industry.

~ Strong interpersonal skills, analytical, with a flair for numbers

~ Good communication and presentation skills

~ Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active

~ Positive attitude in challenging work environment

~ Internal Customer orientation and great problem solving skills required.

~ A self starter who enjoys interacting with others

Ability to perform multi-tasking
