Job responsibilities
>> Contact, engage and sell to parents/students our classes and educational products through roadshows and events, instant messaging, telesales and other communication tools. It involves a deep understanding of the educational needs of students and discussing with parents on meeting those needs.
>> Pursue the sales opportunities and close the deals effectively.
>> Handle enquiries on sales, quotations, and service enquiries promptly.
>> Update all activities in Sales Reporting Tool in a timely manner.
>> Provide excellent services and delight customers to attract word-of-mouth referrals.
>> Attend any marketing events when required.
>> Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
We would love for you to have:
>> Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing accounts and exceeding sales targets.
>> Knowledge of the education industry will be an added advantage.
>> Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in sales, experience in events and roadshows sales, telesales will be an added advantage.
>> High energy, passionate and deeply empathetic towards the customer.
>> Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
>> Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
>> Able to commit 3-weekdays(wed - fri) and 2-weekends work schedule.
