    Sales & Makerting Executive

Strategic Sales Planning & Execution

  • -Develop annual sales plans and set ambitious targets to drive business growth.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • -Collaborate closely with customers to understand their material requirements, sourcing and procuring food packaging materials for manufacturing.
  • -Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and claims, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
  • -Introduce and present innovative packaging solutions to customers, helping them stay ahead of industry trends.

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination

  • -Act as a key liaison between customers and suppliers, ensuring product specifications and delivery -timelines are met.
  • -Work closely with the sales administration and logistics team to coordinate shipments and meet delivery deadlines.
  • -Monitor supplier service levels and quality to maintain optimal standards.

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • -Prepare insightful sales and marketing reports for management review.
  • -Track and ensure timely customer payments.

On-Site & Overseas Visits

  • -Conduct regular site visits to Johor Bahru to oversee printing accuracy and production processes.
  • -Travel internationally to visit customers, strengthen relationships, and enhance service levels.

Technical & Quality Control Support

  • -Liaise with the Japan headquarters for technical guidance and quality control support.
  • -Negotiate pricing and trading terms with suppliers and principals.
  • -Source new products, solutions, and suppliers to expand business opportunities and drive cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • -A Degree in Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (Petrochemical, Chemical, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering preferred).
  • -1-2 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing, particularly in the packaging manufacturing or trading industry.
  • -Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • -Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to excellence.
  • -Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • -Possess class 3 driving license
