Responsibilities:

  • –  Develop and implement annual sales strategies for online and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) markets to achieve revenue goals.
  • –  Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining a robust pipeline of sales leads.
  • –  Build and nurture strong relationships with government agencies, associations, MICE organizers, and corporate clients.
  • –  Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiations, contracting, and event execution.
  • –  Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive pricing, and emerging strategies.
  • –  Represent the organization at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions, both locally and internationally.
  • –  Oversee revenue budgeting, sales forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with targets.
  • –  Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experiences.
  • –  Lead the development and implementation of new products and services to meet market demands.
  • –  Mentor and manage the online sales team, fostering a high-performance environment and supporting professional growth.
  • –  Drive commercial projects by identifying revenue opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring successful outcomes aligned with organizational objectives.

Requirements: 

  • –  Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or any equivalent professional qualifications
  • –  Brings along at least 5 years of senior MICE sales, specializing in Exhibitions, Attractions, and Entertainment in a related industries
  • –  Able to adapt into a fast pace environment
  • –  Strong negotiation, communication skills and collaboration abilities.
