Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • –  Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • –  Identify new market opportunities and investment prospects in real estattablish and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and corporate partners.
  • –  Lead negotiations and oversee property transactions to maximize profitability.
  • –  Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Marketing & Branding

  • –  Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects and enhance brand visibility.
  • –  Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, SEM, and online property listings.
  • –  Develop advertising, promotional materials, and sales presentations for different property types.
  • –  Organize property launch events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
  • –  Ensure effective lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies.

Business Development & Client Relations

  • –  Expand the company’s client base by networking with property investors, developers, and agencies.
  • –  Develop strategic partnerships with brokers, agents, and financial institutions.
  • –  Provide market insights and advisory services to potential buyers and investors.
  • –  Enhance customer experience through tailored solutions and after-sales services.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • –  Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
  • –  Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • –  Optimize marketing expenditure for maximum return on investment (ROI).

Requirements

  • –  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • –  Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership within the real estate industry.
  • –  Proven track record of closing high-value property deals and leading successful marketing campaigns.
  • –  Strong network of real estate developers, investors, and agents.
  • –  Deep understanding of real estate sales, property trends, and market dynamics.
  • –  Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • –  Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills.
  • –  Digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, social media, real estate listing platforms).
  • –  Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • –  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
