As we grow, we are looking for a passionate and driven Sales & Marketing team mate to join us.
Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement:
-Assist customers in selecting furniture that suits their style and needs.
-Provide product recommendations and customization options.
-Build strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
-Achieve sales targets and earn commission based on performance.
Marketing & Brand Growth:
-Work closely with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
-Contribute ideas and assist in content creation for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
-Support the planning and execution of in-store promotions and marketing events.
Operational & Administrative Support:
-Track sales performance and customer insights to optimize strategies.
-Maintain showroom displays and ensure an excellent customer experience.
-Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements
-Passion for home furnishing, interior design, and customer service.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Experience in sales, marketing, or retail is a plus.
-Familiarity with digital marketing and social media management.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
