-Reporting to the Sales Manager for GMT Singapore and region Southeast Asia. Sales support and sales analytics to assist the sales manager with preparation of sales and stock reports, price lists and delivery schedules.
-Assisting in execution of sales strategy of the company
-Work closely internally with sales manager and with retail partners to strategize monthly sales and objectives and monitor the sales operations with regular minute meetings with assigned responsibilities and time frame -for decided actions.
-Gather market information on competitor’s activities and projects and prepare report for review.
-Provide detailed sell-out analysis of markets/retailers/POS
-General sales support; assisting and preparing sales forecast and budget, preparing sales reports and quarterly sales reviews
-Assist in stock allocation
-Liaising with HQ in Europe and freight forwarders for incoming shipment, this includes handling of system.
-Assist in Grand Complications logistical matters, delivery and handover.
-Support Manager in initiatives to improve client and retailer relations
-Handle department's administrative duties, logistics support and report compilation
-Support inter-department activities when needed
Requirements:
-Diploma / Degree in any discipline
-Minimum 1years’ experience in a similar position with a luxury / premium brand / Jewellery / Timepieces industry
-Experience in working with external vendors and retail partners, possessing analytical and numerical skills with good command of written communication
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Ability to manage budget efficiently and accurately
-Strong report writing skills
-Excellent Communication skills
-Able to resolve conflict timely and professionally
-Strong analysis skills, knowledge of Power BI, Marco Excel
-Enhanced Problem-Solving skills
-Able to collaborate well with different departments
