Responsibilities

Handle walk-in gold jewellery clients professionally
Ensure pleasant customer experience
Assess gold purity Trade-in items
Follow operations and sales SOP
Ensure items are esthetically displayed
daily stock-take accuracy
previous goldsmith sales experience
assist in shop closing and opening
schedule repairs
update Social media account
Handle customer enquiries on social media
assist in filing IPPC forms
other assigned ad-hoc tasks
Requirements

At least 1 year experience in goldsmith retail
4 "O" Level passes
able to converse in Mandarin and English
