Social Media Marketing & Content Creation:
– Plan and create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and Xiao Hong Shu to promote retail campaigns, activations, and merch drops
– Brainstorm fun, trend-based video ideas that align with Yutopia’s cute and Korean-inspired aesthetic
– Shoot and edit short-form videos (behind-the-scenes, how-tos, product features, etc.) for social media
– Manage content calendars, scheduling, and timely posting of content across platforms
– Collaborate with KOLs/influencers to generate buzz around in-store events and pop-ups
– Monitor social media trends and insights to optimize content for reach and engagement
– Engage with comments, DMs, and community replies to grow an active online presence
– Coordinate retail influencer visits and on-ground filming sessions
Retail Sales Support & Branding
– Drive footfall and sales conversions through creative in-store strategies
– Maintain consistency in brand image and tone across all outlets
– Assist with collecting customer feedback and optimizing the retail journey
– Track best-sellers, customer preferences, and suggest retail marketing improvements
– Maintain sales & revenue targets of retail stores, and supporting the stores as required.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
– Have 1–3 years of experience in retail marketing, events, or visual merchandising
– Love aesthetics, cute trends, and Korean-inspired style
– Are detail-oriented and organized with strong execution skills
– Are confident in brainstorming creative campaign ideas
– Have great communication and enjoy working with internal teams, mall partners, and customers
– Can hustle during peak periods (weekends/festive seasons) and thrive in dynamic environments
Bonus Points if You:
– Have experience with pop-ups, lifestyle brands, or retail activations
– Know how to work basic design tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
– Can take great photos/videos or have an eye for content creation
– Are familiar with retail trends in Singapore and what catches attention in-store
