Senior Executive
The QAQC Lead will be responsible for the below:
-Lead and Manage a team of QAQC Engineers/Assistants
-Responsible for performing quality assessments on standard and routine processes and products according to engineering drawings, specifications, methods and instructions.
-Review and update internal QMS.
-Implement the QA/QC management system at site
-Coordinate with the client’s representative on all quality matters.
-Participate in the quality internal and external audits.
-Review and update ITP as per project specification.
-Assign QA/QC inspector to dedicated project and monitor the inspector performance.
-Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues.
-Root cause analysis on quality related issue and propose the preventive measure action.
-Report any non-conformance (NC) and issue corrective action request (CAR) where necessary.
-Liaise with NDT Company to support project team.
-Audit and manage sub-contractor quality matter.
-Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled handover for final project documentation.
-To be successful, you will need the below:
-Min. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
-Possess Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
-Min. 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in QA/QC of mechanical systems for Semi-con, Pharma & Oil & Gas.
-Deep knowledge of Standards such as ASME / API / AWS / NACE & DSEN.
-Able to work independently and as a team with good prioritization skills.
-Good time management.
-Good communication skills.
