The Job

The Manager is responsible for the sale of Liebherr’s premium refrigeration products in a specified industry and will be tasked to execute sales goals for the assigned region(s). The Manager must have a strong network of contacts in the industry, sound experience in projects, and clearly understand the needs of the customers and targets.

 

What You Can Expect of the Job

~ You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.

~ You’ll establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and sales goal.

~ You’ll identify and develop new business opportunities in new territories for all appliance product range.

~ You’ll implement trade promotions by publishing, tracking and evaluating trade spending.

~ You’ll maintain and expand the customer base, develop positive relationships and maintain good rapport with key customers as well as identify new customer opportunities.

~ You’ll resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.

~ You’ll coordinate with sales support to ensure orders, shipment and payments are in order.

~ You’ll manage significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success and regional growth.

~ You’ll analyse monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management.

~ You’ll be responsible for project sales activities in Singapore and South-East-Asia, with primary focus on pitching and securing luxury real estate projects with designers, architects, contractors, consultants and developers.

~ You’ll provide product quotations for perspective tenders and be proficient in the project tender process.

~ You’ll perform site inspections, attend site meetings and address any site issues, including training of contractors and ensuring that Liebherr products are properly installed.

~ Any other duties as assigned.
