– Responsible for Project Execution & Implementation.
– Communication Management to all relevant stakeholders during project planning and execution.
– Coordinating the Project Requirements with other depts.
– Manage the Customer expectation during project implementation.
– Manage and update Project Documentation internally and with clients.
– Develop and manage the project execution plan and ensure that it is fully up to date and available to all stakeholders during the project lifecycle.
– Be the prime point of contact for specific contracted projects.
– Manage contracted projects according to established procedures; these may vary according to the nature of the project, i.e. subsea telecom/power cable maintenance and installation.
– The prime person is responsible to ensure the project cost budget is achieved.
– Lead the onboard project team personnel to a common goal of successful project execution.
– Report on project performance internally (and externally as required) at frequent & regular intervals.
– Identify in advance any potential overruns in terms of cost or schedule, and take action to mitigate if required.
– Feedback internally to the Lessons Learnt database.
– Measure and maintain KPIs and ensure all stakeholders are fully aware and operate within these constraints.
– Communicate with the Barge team to ensure the project execution meets the project requirements.
– Any other duties assigned by Senior Project Implementation Manager and/or General Manager.
Requirements:-
– Minimum Bachelor’s degree;
– Min 5 years of experience in project management, especially larger projects with established firms;
– PMP certification and PMO experience required;
– Marine Construction or Offshore industry-related experience preferred;
– Experience in Agile teams;
– Proven leadership skills;
– Expertise in conflict resolution;
– Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability;
– Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to MS Office, etc.
