Competencies

  • –  Experienced in semiconductor fab infrastructure construction and outfitting projects
  • –  At least 5 years of relevant experience as Project Manager.
  • –  Good understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, cleanroom standards, and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems tailored for Fab environments.
  • –  Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey project plan, progress and issues clearly to various stakeholders.
  • –  Ability to work as a team various departments and stakeholders to achieve goals including providing guidance to external contractors.
  • –  Knowledge of quality standards and practices to ensure that project meet required specifications.
  • –  PMP (Project Management Professional) & LEED Certification will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • –  To work with user stakeholders and ensure that their requirements for the cleanroom infrastructure are communicated timely to JTC, consultant and contractors
  • –  To attend all designated project meetings with JTC, consultant and contractors to represent users? interests and ensure ASTAR requirements are taken into consideration.
  • –  To coordinate with ASTAR internal groups and be the interface with JTC, consultant and contractors for project related matters resolution including recording of all assets
  • –  To manage the project with JTC, consultant and contractors to ensure fitting out progress according to agreed timeline and to escalate to management any significant delays.
  • –  Close liaison with JTC and its consultant and contractors on tools (equipment) installation, supervise and coordinate the activities of the user stakeholders? vendors and contractors.
  • –  To ensure commissioning, certification, and validation processes for cleanrooms are completed by JTC and its consultant and contractors to ASTAR?s satisfaction.
  • –  To conduct inspections of ASTAR tenanted areas with JTC, consultant, contractors to identify defects and see through till rectification before takeover of the facilities.
  • –  To periodically update ASTAR management on outfitting project progress at key milestones
