Job summary:
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries (FMCG, chemicals, logistics, healthcare).
• Conduct outdoor sales visits to potential and existing clients to present products and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Go through a learning phase to develop the skills required to provide customized solutions that meet client needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
• Submit sales reports regularly, along with a market outlook and strategy for targeting new clients.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth objectives.
What We’re Looking For
• We are seeking experienced candidates with a background in sales, particularly in outdoor sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient, with a proven ability to work independently in outdoor sales.
• Team-oriented when performing internal duties, such as collaborating with colleagues to ensure the correct product solutions are delivered to customers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the labeling industry and our product offerings.

• Experience in labeling• or labeling-related products will be given special consideration.
• Familiarity with product-specific sales and the ability to ask the right questions to identify client needs.
