    Sales & Makerting Executive

Sales & Business Development:

-Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (air/sea/land).

-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

-Achieve sales targets and revenue growth through proactive sales strategies.

-Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.

-Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

-Provide tailored logistics solutions based on client needs.

-Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

-Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess service performance and identify additional business opportunities.

Operational & Coordination Support:

-Work closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

-Coordinate with carriers, truckers and vendors to provide competitive pricing and services.

-Stay updated on industry regulations, trade compliance, and customs policies affecting shipments.

Reporting & Administration:

-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software.

-Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review if necessary

Requirements:

-Proven experience in freight forwarding (minimum 2-3 years preferred). Customer Service who are interested in this role is also welcome. 

-Strong knowledge of air, sea, and land freight services, as well as customs clearance and trade compliance.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

-Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

-Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

-Familiarity with freight management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

Additional Information:

-Location: Singapore

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

-Salary: High commission/incentives based on sales performance
