-Respond to and follow up on phone and email inquiries.

-Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address customer queries.

-Liaise with customers regarding clarifications from stakeholders.

-Handle sales coordination tasks, including sales order processing, customer purchase orders, and necessary documentation.

-Prepare and send timely quotations to customers.

-Follow up on overdue invoices to ensure payment.

-Expedite orders to ensure timely delivery.

-Provide customers with regular status updates on deliverables.

-Arrange and coordinate with drivers for order collections and deliveries.

-Organize deliveries for international shipments to customers.

-File and manage documents.

-Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement

  1. Able to communicate well in English to accept phone calls & write emails
  2. Able to move around different levels of the office frequently
