About the role
- – 5 days work week, including PH and Weekend
- – 10:30am - 10:00pm (with 2 hours break)
What you'll be doing
- – Assisting customers with product inquiries and recommendations
- – Handling cash register operations, including processing sales transactions and making change
- – Maintaining a neat and organised store environment, including stocking shelves and displaying merchandise
- – Processing customer returns and exchanges
- – Providing a friendly and welcoming experience to all customers
- – Performing other duties as required to support the overall store operations
What we're looking for
- – Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a bookstore or similar environment
- – Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers
- – Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- – Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- – A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for providing excellent customer service
