Key Responsibilities:
Basic Accounting Support Assist with basic accounting tasks, including data entry into the accounting system. While prior experience or knowledge in accounting is beneficial.
Human Resources & Administrative Duties Handle administrative tasks such as applying for work permits, booking travel arrangements (e.g., flight tickets, hotel accommodations), and ensuring all necessary logistics are in place. Assist with the coordination and management of workers, ensuring that schedules, tasks, and other requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Personal Assistant Support Provide dedicated personal assistant support to the boss by managing her daily calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Handle incoming emails and inquiries on her behalf, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups. Assist with various coordination tasks and provide organizational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
