Job Responsibilities

🔹 Administrative Support

• Handle • general office administration• (filing, data entry, documentation).

• Maintain and organize company records and correspondence.

• Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.

🔹 Sales & Operations Support

• Prepare • quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents• .

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders.

• Assist in tracking inventory and maintaining records.

🔹 Customer & Vendor Communication

• Respond to • emails, calls, and inquiries• from customers and suppliers.

• Follow up on outstanding documents, payments, or pending matters.

• Provide support for basic customer service tasks when needed.

🔹 Other General Tasks

• Assist in office organization and administrative improvements.

• Support in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.

• Handle any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements

✔️ Previous experience in administration, office support, or sales coordination preferred.

✔️ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

✔️ Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

✔️ Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.

✔️ Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

✔️ A proactive, independent, and reliable work ethic.
