Job Responsibilities:
- >>Supervising residents daily, managing their welfare, discipline, and adherence to institution standards.
- >>Providing support during emergency situations.
- >>Implementing Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.
- >>Ensuring the safety and security of premises through body and property checks, security patrols, dormitory inspections, and conducting urine tests when necessary.
- >>Managing and addressing the daily living needs of residents in the Hostel.
- >>Establishing positive relationships with residents.
- >>Participating in task forces to assist and execute required tasks.
Job Requirements:
- >>Capability to work night shifts.
- >>Independence, resourcefulness, and responsibility.
- >>Firm commitment to upholding standards and responsiveness in dealing with individuals.
- >>Strong communication and writing skills.
- >>Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and similar tools.
