Job Responsibilities:
- >Supervising residents daily, managing their welfare, discipline, and adherence to institution standards.
- >Providing support during emergency situations.
- >Implementing Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.
- >Ensuring the safety and security of premises through body and property checks, security patrols, dormitory inspections, and conducting urine tests when necessary.
- >Managing and addressing the daily living needs of residents in the Hostel.
- >Establishing positive relationships with residents.
- >Participating in task forces to assist and execute required tasks.
Job Requirements:
- >Capability to work night shifts.
- >Independence, resourcefulness, and responsibility.
- >Firm commitment to upholding standards and responsiveness in dealing with individuals.
- >Strong communication and writing skills.
- >Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and similar tools.
