Qualifications & experience

 

  • –  1 to 2 years of relevant hands-on experience as a B2C Digital Marketer.
  • –  At least 2 years working experience in cosmetics/FMCG
  • –  Proficiency in social media platforms and tools(e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc).
  • –  Creativity and a strong eye for design.
  • –  Passionate about staying on top of digital marketing trends.
  • –  Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • –  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • –  Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategies.
  • –  Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude

 

 

 

Tasks & responsibilities

 

  • –  Partaking in the development and implementation of the Corporate Identity, Image, Marketing guidelines and Communications Plans.
  • –  Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals and target audience. Manage and schedule posts across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc)Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and platform features.
  • –  Support execution across a wide array of campaigns, products, platforms and markets, including digital marketing and brand building.
  • –  Managing a spectrum of digital channels such as websites and social media platforms according to company’s Digital Plan, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram to deliver quality and effective creative content to engage and build up our stakeholders so to achieve sales targets.Increase likes, followers and follow through to sales conversions.
  • –  Communicate relevant and useful information to online prospects, and push out creative content to engage and build up our stakeholders so to achieve marketing targets. Increase likes, followers and build successful funnels leading to sales conversions.
  • –  Support and manage project team for product online launch preparation to achieve launch schedule.
  • –  Perform accurate statistical and analytical studies of consumer segmentation, trends and behaviour to be used in SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing activities with the purpose of driving online sales.
  • –  Ensure proper copywriting for all material.
