Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • –  Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and objectives for the Singapore market.
  • –  Drive P&L management and ensure marketing investments align with business goals.
  • –  Oversee annual marketing budgets, track expenditures, and manage resources to achieve targets.

Campaign Management & Measurement:

  • –  Lead the planning, execution, and performance evaluation of key marketing campaigns.
  • –  Establish robust measurement methodologies, set clear KPIs, and conduct post-campaign analyses to inform future strategies.
  • –  Create insightful reports that link marketing activities to growth, retention, and ROI.

Market & Consumer Insights:

  • –  Act as the local market expert, continuously monitoring consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • –  Integrate insights into strategies that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • –  Partner closely with cross-departmental teams to deliver best-in-class customer journeys—from lead generation and conversion to ongoing engagement.
  • –  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and strategic partners, to drive marketing communications, co-branded partnerships, and promotional opportunities.

Leadership & Project Management:

  • –  Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and optimal resource allocation.
  • –  Provide clear direction, mentorship, and leadership to junior team members.
  • –  Handle ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as required.
