The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, drive revenue, and promote brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing management, with experience in the f&b industry, and is versatile in communicating compelling key messages suited for each business. This role involves coordinating marketing activites, managing day-to-day marketing tasks, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Develop and execute an all-rounded effective annual marketing plan according to the business goals and objectives – for in-store retail business, e-commerce, and restaurant/café/bistro. Key objectives such as customer acquisition and retention, increase in average spend of customers, development of brand awareness, increasing brand equity, must be included.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media and print.
Work together with the creative team to develop creative content and marketing materials to support campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve desired outcomes and ROI.
Digital Marketing:
Manage social media accounts, including content development, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
Work with the CRM Manager to develop compelling email marketing initiatives, including the creation of newsletters, promotional emails, and customer segmentation.
Utilize SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic to brand websites.
Follow up with and manage day-to-day work with agencies (if applicable) hired to look after SEO/SEM aspects of e-commerce platform(s).
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitive positioning, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
Work with content team to develop compelling themes in brand storytelling campaigns.
Customer Engagement:
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and manage loyalty programs and initiatives.
Public Relations, Events and Activations:
Support Public Relations strategies. Continuously develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, media partners, vendors, and agencies to increase brand awareness.
Plan and execute promotional events, including product launches, tastings, and activations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
Measure event success and gather feedback to inform future event planning.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
Track expenditures and report on budget status to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other functions within the marketing team and operations team at outlets to support cohesive marketing efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Coordinate marketing activities with other departments to support overall business goals.

Qualifications:
– Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing in F&B industry
– Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
– Has experience in marketing e-commerce platforms as a plus
– Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
– Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with commercial-driven objectives
– Ability to work independently, and also be a team player
– Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
– Experience managing budgets and measuring ROI
– Experience with graphic design and content creation is a plus.
