Develop and Execute 360° Marketing Campaigns - Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online channels, including retail activations, events, print media, and in-store promotions, ensuring brand consistency and maximum customer engagement.

Retail and Offline Marketing Initiatives - Drive in-store branding, product launches, and experiential marketing activities while collaborating with retail teams to enhance foot traffic and sales conversions.

Strategic Alignment with HQ - Work closely with the HQ marketing team in Malaysia to align on branding, promotions, and overall marketing strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and execution.

Budget Management and Performance Analysis - Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution, and leverage CRM and performance-based analytics to track marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI.

Partnerships, Sponsorships, and Market Insights - Manage relationships with brand partners, golf clubs, and event organisers for sponsorship opportunities while analysing market trends and competitor activities to optimise marketing strategies.
