Brand Management & Marketing Strategy:
· Develop and implement a robust brand strategy that resonates with our target audience.
· Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including product descriptions, visuals, and promotional content. (localization of media orchestration, availability of assets, campaign validation within budget)
· Manage the brand's social media presence, engaging with our community and driving brand awareness.
· Collaborate with different business unit to develop compelling marketing campaigns.
· Analyse marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future strategies.
· Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resources for maximum impact and return on investment.
· Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances that can contribute to the company's growth.
E-commerce Strategy & Execution:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and customer acquisition.
· Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
· Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
· Oversee online advertising campaigns, analysing data to optimize performance.
· Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
Team Leadership & Management:
· Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing professional.
· Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the marketing team.
· Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
· Ability to adapt to changing market condition and consumer preferences and assign clear responsibilities and delegate tasks effectively.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
· Proven track record of driving revenue and brand growth through innovative marketing strategies.
· Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
· Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.
· Experience with SEO & SCM
· Knowledge of CRM systems and customer loyalty programs.
· Pro-active, hands-on, able to work independently, organised, team player
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
· Ability to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization.
