-- Establish good working relationships and rapport with clients to ensure continued patronage and assist in development of pricing strategies to set suitable prices for properties.
-- Conceptualize and implement new platform/avenue to acquire new customers.
-- Manage the leasing of company’s commercial and residential development including prospecting, attending to and securing tenants to ensure full occupancy of properties.
-- Handle all complex matters pertaining to customers.
-- Undertake market research and analysis for review and execution of group marketing annual budget in line with corporate strategy, reporting Return on Investments (ROI) of various advertising efforts and prepare reports to present to board of directors.
-- Represent company to handle legal matters including attending hearing at Small Claims Tribunal, handling bankruptcy and judicial management of company.
-- Guide and oversee administrative team, improve arrears and rental collection on challenging customer where needed.
Job Requirement
-- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
-- Must have experience leading team.
-- Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities and able to lead team to provide excellent customer service.
-- Willing to work with cross-functional teams involving sales and marketing and across subsidiary companies.
-- Meticulous, resourceful, self-motivated and have a sense of urgency to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-- Confident, proactive and willing to take on workplace challenges.
-- Great listening skills and able to take direction from individuals in higher-level positions.
-- Required to liaise in Mandarin and English in order to respond enquires from customers/ clients.
