Based in our Singapore office and reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director, you'll take charge of:
– Developing marketing strategies aligned with company goals to secure market leadership and consistent growth.
– Leading exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events, enhancing AFF's market presence and industry reputation.
– Overseeing the creation and distribution of impactful brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials.
– Directing the design and execution of professional product showcases to highlight flavour innovations.
– Guiding market research initiatives to capture consumer insights, identify trends, and analyse competitors.
– Managing comprehensive digital marketing activities across social media, email, and digital platforms.
– Coordinating effective marketing campaigns to successfully launch new products.
– Collaborating closely with sales and commercial teams to equip them with strategic tools, presentations, and insights.
– Ensuring consistent, engaging brand communication across all marketing channels.
– Developing customer retention strategies, including personalised marketing initiatives and loyalty programs.
– Regularly assessing and refining marketing performance through insightful analytics.
Are you the one?
We're looking for a visionary leader and creative strategist skilled in managing diverse marketing functions independently. Your proven track record in driving impactful marketing initiatives will propel AFF’s brand forward. Ideally, you:
– Hold qualifications or exceptional experience in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
– Have at least 10 years of marketing experience, preferably within FMCG or food and beverage sectors.
– Are highly proficient in digital marketing platforms, analytics, and creative design processes.
– Demonstrate exceptional strategic planning abilities, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
– Excel in leadership, strategic communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
