Brand Strategy and Development:Collaborate with the business team to refine the brand identity and story. Devise methods to amplify the brand and ensure consistency across marketing campaigns and channels.
Brand Campaigns and Activations:Conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative and compelling brand-led campaigns and activations. Manage events planning and coordination for these campaigns and activations.
Community Building and Engagement:Develop and execute engaging community engagement initiatives to increase brand love and customer loyalty. Lead content marketing efforts, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across platforms.
Market Research:Stay updated on consumer trends, preferences, social issues, and industry/competitor trends. Identify creative brand-led campaign opportunities based on research findings.
Social Media Marketing:Manage organic social media accounts and content calendars. Foster engagement with the online community and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
Collaboration:Establish relationships with KOLs and micro-influencers. Execute collaboration opportunities to enhance brand presence on key social platforms. Collaborate internally to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Email and Messaging Marketing:Manage and optimize email and messaging marketing platforms and content calendars.
Website and Centers:Implement updates on websites and onsite centers, including business-as-usual, tactical, and campaign-related updates.
Analytics and Insights:Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics across various channels. Transform insights into actionable recommendations to optimize content and marketing strategies.
Additional Responsibilities:Proactively identify opportunities to further grow the brand and contribute to its success. Any other ad-hoc projects or assignments which might be assigned from time to time.
Education/Certifications/Technical Skills:
– Diploma or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
– Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Experience:
– At least 2-4 years of working experience in brand marketing or related roles.
