Managing the production of promotional and communication materials:
-Work within style guides to design and develop flyers, brochures, advertising materials (posters, magazine, display board), program guides and other collateral and training material as needed
-Provide guidance and support to the different rep offices and distributors in Asia Pacific to create local marketing initiatives and increase PALFINGER footprint
-Regular check-ins with key distributors in SEA region on marketing activities and topics
-Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots with the help of vendors
Marketing communication - Digital:
-Creates content from a variety of sources to continually enhance engagement and manages the response and engagement of inquiries on and related to social media sites – Facebook and LinkedIn
-Update and maintain content on Asia Pacific websites
-Maintaining and updating the inbound customer database from website and chat widget
Support in events and exhibitions:
-Liaise with Sales department and distributors who partner up to hold events together
-Liaise with distribution to ensure that our PALFINGER brand guidelines are adhered to
-Keep a look out on calendar of events and potential customer segment groups
Developing of PALFINGER merchandize:
-Work with external designers, and manufacturers to produce PALFINGER merchandize
-Manage the office inventory of merchandize, brochures and collaterals where needed.
-Other office related tasks
Qualifications/Skills & Other requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
-Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
-Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign
-Strong proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with multilingual stakeholders
-Positive attitude & willing to learn
-Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are essential
-Able to work independently and an eye for details
-Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
-People oriented and team player
-Able to start immediately is a plus
-Replacement role in a growing company
-Reporting to Marketing Manager, APAC
-Hybrid working arrangement
-Working hours is from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
