Job Responsibilities
Loyalty Program Deployment
- -Coordinate promotion plans with all non-gaming areas to drive acquisition and retention, promote upward loyalty, incentivize reward earning and redemption.
- -Coordinate and liaise collateral and media briefs, production and distribution with creative and media team.
- -Coordinate with Guest Relationship Marketing on scheduling and deployment of members communications
- -Assist to work with Special Events for member activities.
- -Manage and tabulate reports as required.
- -Coordinate with Finance and IT for promotion set-up where needed.
- -Handle internal and external enquiries where applicable.
- -Other administrative responsibilities.
- -Other duties as directed by management
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- -College degree in Business or Marketing.
- -Excellent command in MS Suite and good knowledge in MS Project.
Other Prerequisites
- -Experience in loyalty marketing in retail, travel and financial institution environment, both on marketing and operational levels, will be an advantage.
- -Must be detailed oriented with strong inter-personal skills.
