– Responsible for the ideation, development and implementation of marketing initiatives and tactical campaigns to strengthen branding and drive revenue for Goodwood Park Hotel, encompassing rooms, F&B establishments as well as meeting and event facilities
– Manage the brand marketing projects and tactical campaign executions by the marketing communications team members
– Work with internal cross-functional teams to review business needs to identify gaps and opportunities for establishing, planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities
– Leverage collaborations with external business partners to enhance marketing outreach
– Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and consistent brand articulation in owned marketing assets, paid media channels and partner platforms
– Craft and proofread content for marketing communications efforts
– Work with appointed Public Relations agency to schedule and conduct media engagement activities to generate editorial opportunities and maximize coverage
Secondary Responsibilities
– Assist in planning and budgeting for the marketing communications needs
– Assist in analysis reports of campaigns and making recommendations on strategies and tactics to address level of effectiveness
– Work with the in-house designer or external vendors on conceptualization and development of marketing materials
– Supervise media and external partner requests for photoshoots, filming and interviews
– Plan and manage internal photography or videography requirements
– Assess recommendation for sponsorship or collaboration requests
– Provide adhoc administrative support to the department, as and when required
