-Independently plan and organize events and exhibition activations from conception to completion.
-Lead the on-ground execution of events and activations, troubleshooting real-time issues.
-Manage logistics, coordinate remote support, and oversee on-site activities to ensure smooth execution and troubleshooting during events.
-Build strong relationships with vendors, venues, and stakeholders, serving as the primary contact during activations.
-Identify new opportunities to engage customers, acquire new users, and showcase brand products and values.
-Optimize event planning to align budgets with marketing goals while maintaining high-quality execution.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, Product Manager) and external partners (technology partners, business partners, agencies) to curate exciting activations that reflect our brand’s uniqueness.
-Prepare post-event reports of marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Content Support
-Assist in creating and executing engaging marketing campaigns and social media content across the Group’s platforms.
-Help create engaging short-form video content to boost brand awareness and showcase initiatives.
-Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all activations and content channels.
-Support social performance tracking, including social listening and market research, to stay informed of trends.
-Assist in developing engaging EDM campaigns and promotional materials, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, product sheets, direct mailers, newsletters, and press releases.
-Manage the monthly social media and marketing calendar, including content scheduling, promotional timelines, and event coordination.
-Explore new platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
-Monitor and actively engage in social media discussions to foster community growth.
-Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and suggest improvements.
-Support the creation and execution of targeted email campaigns and promotional materials to drive sales and website traffic.
-Track, analyse, and report on key digital marketing metrics (e.g., impressions, unique visits, followers, clicks, sales).
-Assist in updating website content and copy to ensure consistency across the Group’s platforms.
