Responsibilities:
~ Process and verify sales orders, billing, and inventory in the ERP system for accurate and timely updates.
~ Perform weekly and monthly cycle counts, updating inventory data in the ERP system.
~ Communicate with customers via email, teams, and phone to address requests and resolve issues.
~ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Requirements:
~ 1 year of experience working in a warehousing environment
~ Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or Equivalent
