Job Description:
- -Perform telemarketing activities with given leads
- -Achieve sales target and KPI
- -Handle and follow up customer enquiries with confidence
- -Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfilment
Requirement:
- -O levels / N level / Nitec or equivalent.
- -Sales driven and willing-to-learn attitude.
- -Good communication skills
- -Patient and resilient to handle rejections
- -Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage.
