Sales & Makerting Executive
Job summary:
- Flexible hours available
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Work visa can be provided for this role
- Expected salary: $2,700 - $2,900 per month

Responsibility:
1. Handle sales and service enquiry and customer's purchase order
2. Process sales quotation, sales order and purchase order
3. Provide support on filing documents and documentation for every sales order completed
4. Coordinate activities with the Sales and Project follow-up.
5. Provide sales and technical support to new and existing customers
6. Monitor and update status of sales quotes and proposals
7. Provide after sales support to maintain good relationship with customer
8. Follow-up sales issues when require
9. Assist tasks given by departmental manager
Requirements:
Possess at least 3 years of Sales Support and experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
Minimum 'O' Level
