Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • –  Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • –  Identify growth opportunities within the F&B vending machine industry, including partnerships, client acquisition, and market expansion.

Team Leadership:

  • –  Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • –  Provide coaching and training to improve team performance and close rates.

Client Relationship Management:

  • –  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • –  Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring alignment with company goals.

Market Research & Insights:

  • –  Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
  • –  Provide actionable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Performance Monitoring:

  • –  Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
  • –  Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecast future trends.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • –  Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
  • –  Provide feedback to improve the product offerings and customer experience.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • –  Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • –  Strong preference for candidates with experience in the vending machine industry.

Skills:

  • –  Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • –  Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • –  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
