As Head of Marketing - Asia, you’ll lead the regional marketing strategy, working closely with both the Global Marketing team based in New Zealand, and local Marketing Coordinators to develop and implement innovative plans that drive growth and deliver meaningful results. With a focus on collaboration, efficiency, and customer-centricity, you’ll navigate the diverse dynamics of Asia’s markets, ensuring alignment between global strategies, regional plans, and local market needs.
The role provides the opportunity to be at the forefront of change, working alongside our global leadership team to shape what’s next for our business in Asia.
Key responsibilities include:
– Work closely with the Global Marketing team to execute global brand strategies that drive growth in Asia.
– Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy and plan for Asia, with a focus on markets in Singapore, China, Thailand and Vietnam.
– Translate strategic vision into actionable plans that deliver measurable ROI, driving efficiency and innovation
– Scale strategies across multiple markets, avoiding unnecessary reinvention, while leveraging local strengths.
– Lead with a consumer and customer-first approach, ensuring all strategies are grounded in delivering value to our consumers and retail customers.
