– Creating visually compelling and on-brand designs for a variety of print and digital media, including marketing materials, advertisements, social media content, and corporate documents
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and interpret design briefs, and translating them into innovative and effective design solutions
– Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the company's visual identity
– Ensuring design consistency and brand integrity across all company materials
– Providing design support and guidance to other team members as needed
What we're looking for
– A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
– Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a design agency or in-house design team
– Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
– Strong aesthetic sensibility and a keen eye for typography, layout, and colour
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
– A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and demonstrating your creative problem-solving skills
– Adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
