– Develop and execute effective sales strategies to target new global markets and customers
– Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in key industries
– Manage and oversee all stages of the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation
– Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction
– Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
– Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to build brand awareness
– Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team to drive consistent results
– Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
What we're looking for
– Proven track record of success in a global sales leadership role, 8+ years of B2B technical product sales experience (electronic components/connectors industry preferred)
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
– Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
– Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies in new markets
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting
– Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering (EE/ME)
