Key responsibilities

  • –  Develop and execute effective sales strategies to target new global markets and customers
  • –  Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in key industries
  • –  Manage and oversee all stages of the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation
  • –  Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • –  Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • –  Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to build brand awareness
  • –  Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team to drive consistent results
  • –  Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

What we're looking for

  • –  Proven track record of success in a global sales leadership role, 8+ years of B2B technical product sales experience (electronic components/connectors industry preferred)
  • –  Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • –  Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • –  Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies in new markets
  • –  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • –  Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting
  • –  Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering (EE/ME)
  • –  Familiar with CRM system (Salesforce/Pipedrive)
  • –  Fluent in English, Know Chinese is preferred
