Executive
Responsibilities:
• Handling full set of accounts including preparation of the 3 main financial statements;
• GST, CIT & WHT filing;
• Managing Inventories recording and reconciliation;
• Preparing Forecast, Budget materials for Board meetings;
• Attending to internal & external audits;
• Related parties Billing;
• Assisting in tax projects, business feasibility studies & etc.;
• Improving work processes and ERP utilization to meet our business needs;
• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned.
Qualification, Skills & Experiences:
• ACCA (Full or partial) / Accounting degree graduates with at least 5 years of working experiences;
• Full set of accounting knowledge;
• Maritime/ Shipping industry experiences is a bonus (not a must);
• Proficiency in SFRS / IFRS requirement and ensure compliance;
• To be hands-on and a self-starter;
• Perform well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
• A fast learner and be meticulous;
• Good team player and able to work independently;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills are necessary.
• Excellent MS Excel and communication skills are essential.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics or other ERP systems
• Preference will be given to those who are available immediately.
